Where does your mind go when it’s alone? Is it being coddled by happy thoughts or is it being abused by verbal blows to the brain, which then travels to your emotions causing you to feel alone, incompetent, less than?

Some of us have the innate ability to uplift others while tearing ourselves down. A vicious cycle that won’t stop until we see some sort of progression in our lives, but that only comes when we’ve welcomed silence and faced whatever comes with it.

Sure it may be ugly but hopefully that tunnel of doubt and despair leads you to the glimmer of light that allows you to tell yourself, I Told You So.
